XJS 2 Revolutionizes Personal Journaling

After lagging behind other
technology, journals/diaries finally have a feature-rich solution on computers.
XJS 2 gives users the ability to enter text, images, video, audio, etc. into
their journal along with creating entries, people, places, attachments and
stories and connecting them all together.
Provo, UT (Strum Studios) June 30, 2008 -- Anyone who keeps a journal has a very
hard decision to make. Do they keep a paper journal, risking physical damage
and limiting themselves to a pen and glue? Do they go online, losing control
over where and when you can access your journal? Do they use a journal
programs that offers little more than Microsoft Word and cannot be accessed
without the program that might not work in 100 years? Strum Studios, created by local
entrepreneur Matt Strum, has solved this important problem.
In 2004, Matt Strum set out to keep a journal. In his quest to find a solution,
he found that all available options left him wanting. So, he decided to create a
program just for him to solve this conundrum. Once Matt saw the potential, he
decided to make it a commercial project. The result was XJS 1, released in
August 2005. XJS 1 focused on giving users multiple ways to write entries and
providing a future-safe journal solution.
Now, XJS 2 raises the bar again. When you sit down to write an entry, you can
choose between typing, handwriting, recording video or audio, or scanning
images. Along with improving how you can create entries, the type of information
stored in your journal has broadened. Now you can store the important people and
places from your life and connect all of them together. Ever wanted to see all
the entries written about a certain person or at a particular place? XJS
makes it easy to organize and document your life.
